A day after nude photos of him surfaced on the internet, Greg Oden has received an offer from Vivid Entertainment to star in an adult film entitled, “Quadruple Double.”

Oden, the Portland Trailblazers center who has missed a majority of his nearly three-year NBA career due to injuries, said he took the photos over a year ago on his cell phone for a former girlfriend. While he wouldn’t name the photo’s recipient even though she likely leaked them online, Oden said he “wanted to show her that I was hung like a very, very large horse.”

The photos caught the eye of Vivid co-founder Steve Hirsch, who contacted Oden about the film opportunity.

“Greg may be wasting seven feet of talent in the NBA, but he’s also wasting one foot of talent in porn,” Hirsch said.

Porn star and former California gubernatorial candidate Mary Carey also phoned Oden, saying she would like to work on him.

“Uh huh, oh yeah, uh huh,” said Carey, as she filmed a scene in her latest flick, Lady Gag-ah.

The Trailblazers have a number of clauses in Oden’s contract, but nothing precludes the 22-year-old from starring in adult films. Should Oden accept Vivid’s offer, which is rumored to be in the high six figures and include two on-call fluffers, it would mark the first time a professional athlete got paid to sleep with a porn star.

Hirsch said the biggest bonus for Oden is that he can accomplish something in porn that he likely won’t in basketball.

“Only four players have earned a quadruple double in NBA history, but 900 men and 2800 women have done so in adult entertainment,” Hirsch said.

Regardless of his decision, Oden’s manhood has caught the attention of the nation that has been mostly focused on Haitian relief efforts, the economy, healthcare, and education.

Even President Obama addressed the Oden story during his State of the Union address Wednesday night.

“The State of Greg Oden’s shlong is strong,” the president said.
